Diet Pills: Are They Worth It?

It is PROVEN that Diet Pills in general can cause negative lasting life effects on our bodies from Stroke, Heart Attack, Metabolic Disorder and even death.  Are these worth it to you?  They are not to me, especially not any longer.  Yes, pills do work in the form you do not want to eat and for a while your body will lose weight but eventually you will go in to starvation mode and the weight loss will stop and your body will begin to fight against you…..Been There and Done That and bought the T-Shirt.

I personally have pretty much done it all to try and lose weight.  I have taken so many different diet pills, starvation, throwing up, laxatives, cabbage soup diet….Yes, I have tried it all (well just about, there are some things I just won’t do)

In today’s world there are so many things out there trying to get our attention saying “Take this and lose 18lbs in 10 days” or “Drink this and lose 10 lbs in 7 days”  Seriously people, when we are starting a journey we are gonna lose quite a bit of weight up front and that is water retention weight.  You have to make a total Lifestyle Change, You have to commit to yourself to eat clean and healthy.  You have to be willing to exercise in some sort of fashion whether it is taking a walk, playing Wii games with your family, riding a bike, swimming or lifting weights, there is plenty of things that you can do for yourself.

I have made plenty of excuses in my adult life and decided 3 years ago to quit making them because the only excuse I had was I was LAZY!!!!  Yes, my knees are shot, yes, I have to have a total knee replacement done and I am only 45 but I refuse to let that get in the way of me leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

So are Diet Pills and all of the drinks out there worth sabatoging your health….NOPE, I don’t think so, Not for me any way 🙂

Excuses are Useless and Results are Priceless!

So please, if you are thinking of asking me to sell this or sell that or try this or try that, don’t…..

Time to Live Life!

There is no telling how many times I have been knocked down in life.  All of those times that I was knocked down are what have made me in to the strong person that I am today!  Its not the number of times that we fall or fail but it is the times we get back up and move forward in life that counts.  Those are the moments of living because we don’t allow what has happened to us in our past take precedence over our future.  Sure, what happens to us helps to mold who we are but by not allowing the negative to out weigh the positive, Now that is LIVING!  I am not done with what I was placed on this earth to do and that is to Help Others – Inspire – Motivate – Live – Laugh – Love with MY WHOLE HEART….When I can no longer do those things then my work on earth is done.  So watch out world ANDI is very much ALIVE & WELL and ready to TAKE THE WORLD BY STORM and LIVE!

“There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it.  Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good.  Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy.  FALLING DOWN IS PART OF LIFE, GETTING BACK UP IS LIVING!” -unknown-
