Sweaty Bands was great to allow me to do a product review on their head bands. As most of you know I am a head band fanatic so I jumped at the chance to try this product out.

So with out further ado I have to give the Sweaty Bands 2 thumbs up. I put this band through it with my work out. I did cardio intervals, I pumped some iron and I worked on my Kettle Bell Hand Stand. The Sweaty Band never moved out of place.

6 Week Fierce Check In

Well, where do I start but just by saying that week 6 was not my friend.  I had a lot of things going on during week 6 including a family reunion in West Virginia as well as my best friend had knee surgery so I have been helping her out.  I just flat out lost focus.

We all lose focus and we all fall down but it is picking ourselves up that matters most and yesterday I picked myself up, dusted myself off and got back on the right path.  I am human and I make mistakes just like any other person on a journey. 

I am still so proud of where I am at and how far I have come in the past 6 weeks.  Losing 15 inches total in 6 weeks is AMAZING!!!!  I refuse to beat myself up over week 6 because I still lost 1/4″ and that is forward progress.

Always remember that you can do this and you are worth it!  Never, Ever Give Up!!!

5 Week Fierce Check In

Well I know it is past due for my post but I was out of town enjoying family time with my sisters and my daddy.  That time away, however, did not stop me from my 5 week measurements for my Fierce Plan!

As time passes by,Image one would think that the process gets easier but I have to say for me the process gets harder.  I keep pushing myself, I am upping my weights and I am struggling with my food.  Not the fact of what I am eating, because I eat pretty darn clean, but it is the fact that I get bored with food.  I don’t eat enough some of the time either and for the program I am on eating is crucial and I have to make my food my #1 Priority!

I am pleased to say that in my 5th week I lost another inch from my body and guess where it came from?  Wooooo hooooo it came off of my thunderous thighs!!!! 

We all need to realize that whether we lose a 1/2 inch or 6 inches it is Forward Progress and I am proud to be moving Fiercely Forward in the right direction of my health and fitness!

5 Weeks Done and a total of 14-3/4 inches are GONE from my body!!!!  I am more than pleased, I am Elated!!!!  Hard Work – Dedication and the Power to Never Want to Stop!  I LOVE ME enough to continue and I will conquer!

4 Week Fierce Check In

Well peeps what an amazing 4 weeks it has been for me working with Ashley Johns with Fierce Forward.  I have worked hard before with my journey but let me tell you what these past 4 weeks have been FIERCLY HARD but oh so worth it!!!  I have accomplished more in the past 4 weeks then I ever imagined that I would.  I have pushed myself and have been pushed to my absolute limits in so many ways.  Ashley knows what she is doing that is for sure.  She custom built my program for ME around MY NEEDS and my fitness level.

I have to honestly say that without the push of my best friend, Melinda Watson, that I am not sure that I could have accomplished what I have these past 4 weeks.  When I have looked at the work outs and said “Are You Freaking Kidding Me?” or “Holy Crap this is the hardest thing I have ever done” Melinda looks at me and said “This is what You Need and This is what you asked for so get over it and do it sister”. And guess what?  She is right.  This is EXACTLY WHAT I NEED!  This is EXACTLY what I ASKED FOR and I have absolutely no regrets.

I chose to be committed to myself and to my program and to put myself first in this journey.  One thing I know is that if you are serious about wanting to become healthier and fit you have to make the commitment to yourself.  You have to accept your body and be willing to do the work that it takes to become healthy and fit.  YOU and ONLY YOU can make that choice and commitment to yourself.  I choose ME and I am happier then  have ever been in a long time.

Has this journey over the past 4 weeks been easy?  He%$ NO but let me tell you it has been so worth it!  I am serious about my health and I am serious about my journey so watch out world this FIERCE WOMAN is coming and nothing can stop me from succeeding!

Chest – Down 1-3/4 inches

Waist – Down 2-1/4 inches

Waist at Belly Button – Down 2-1/4 inches

Hips – Down 1-3/4 inches

Left Leg – Down 1-3/4 inches

Right Leg – Down 1-1/2 inches

Left Arm – Down 1-1/2 inches

Right Arm – Down 1 inch

Total Inches Lost in 4 Weeks = 13-3/4 Inches

Wooooo hooooo!!!  I am just too excited and cannot wait to see what the next 4 weeks will hold 🙂

3rd Week Fierce Check In…..I lost even While On Vacation

I am so enjoying my program with Ashley Johns at Fierce Forward.  The work outs are tailored for me as well as my food program so even while I was on vacation I was able to do what I needed to do on my program.  Did I sway a little from my food?  Sure!  I was on vacation and Ashley told me that she wanted me to use my own judgment and to have a good time but to stay smart about it and not to go overboard….So that is what I did.  I enjoyed my vacation.

While at the beach I worked out 5 of the 8 days because 2 days of the 8 I was on the road.  I loved my beach work outs and while I had to change things up a bit because they did not have all of the equipment I am used to I still felt the hurt so good moments of what I was doing to help transform my body.

I also have the best work out partner and accountability partner that I could ever ask for in Melinda Watson.  She lets me know I need to push harder, she raises her voice at me if I act like I want to stop (and let me tell you sometimes I feel like I could puke) and is always a positive voice.  So without further hesitation I want to let you know that while I was on vacation, enjoying myself and having some much needed rest and relaxation I was successful and I lost another 1-1/2 inches from my body.  So now my grand total in the 3 weeks that I have been working with Ashley at Fierce Forward I have melted 11-3/4 inches off of my body and I could not be more excited!  Maybe one day soon I will be brave enough to show you my pictures but just not yet 🙂  You may have to wait on that one until I am a little further in to my journey of being FIERCE!!!
